The natural cooking courses at Gavinell foresee an interesting programme both theoric and practical.
The day starts when arriving at the Botanical Garden where the Staff welcomes you and brings you to the Conference Room for the presentation of the different activities and the recipes.
The presentation is finally completed by the development of the issue concerning the natural diet.
The visit to the Botanical Garden is followed to choose the Aromatic Herbs to be used for cooking. That’s the Theoric Lesson of Natural cooking, where gourmets illustrate the secrets and refined techniques of a good table.
The Practical Lesson is following and takes place in the kitchen, where people can personally test what previously illustrated.
After the preparation and cooking steps, all the participants to the course will provide to present the final results of their efforts, by illustrating the peculiarity and secrets.
Finally comes the degustation of the dishes, accompanied by the typical salumi and the local wine.
